Why is it that so many people live for so long with pain, and do nothing. Then, they finally seek help, they have surgery. Often it is stated that well they were already in pain for so long they no longer wanted to wait. Well I can understand the thought process, but if you ask many of them, they will not tell you that they truly are better. Why not seek other treatments. Massage therapy, yoga, pilates, etc. Even just activity. If you do not have back issues, excellent, lets try to keep it that way. Prevention is key. Are you really “lifting with your legs not with your back?”
