Weight Loss Scoop!

Looks like it is a good thing the TV season is coming to an end…just in time to shed a little weight for summertime! This may not be “new” news, but not it sure is not publicized enough for me! Here is the scoop…

Researchers at the University of Vermont found (back in 2009) that in adults that cut their TV time in half, burned an extra 120 calories per day!  Guess what that is equal to? An entire pound in one month!!

Reducing TV time helps burn off extra calories.

So now what to do instead??
